Prices

For Children Lessons at both the Alan Higgs & Lyng Hall sites the cost of 1 lesson per week is £24.00/month (Monday lesson to take into account the number of bank Holiday’s) or £25.00/month (any other day). For swimmers who have 2 lessons per week the cost is £35.00/month with Pathways being £27.00/month. All of these are payable by direct debit via Go Cardless on the 1st of each month. If there is a 3rd (or more) family member residing at the same address then the cost is reduced by 50%.

If you join the lessons part way through a month the cost will be calculated on a pro rate basis for the first month based on however many lessons are left in that month. 

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds (New members) – You have the right to cancel within seven days of the first payment for lessons. If you do wish to cancel the first month of lessons you must contact the Swim School in writing requesting the cancellation. The Swim School will then refund full payment via the Go Cardless account. After the seven days have passed you will be classed as an existing member and the below cancellation policy will come into force.

Cancellations (existing members) – All requests to cancel membership must be made in writing, with supporting medical evidence if relevant.

Cancellations received at least 15 days prior to the start of the next month will not be charged and subscriptions will be cancelled, any advance payments made will refunded in full on request.

Cancellations received 7 -14 days prior to the start of the following month will be subject to a cancellation charge of £10.00 and subscriptions will be cancelled and no further payments taken.

If you cancel your place within 7 days of the start of the next month payment for the next month will be processed and no refunds will applicable. All subscriptions will then be cancelled for any future months after that and no further payments will be taken.

Refund/Credits are not given if your child refuses to get into the water or you change your mind.

Coventry Swim School reserves the right to change or cancel lessons at any time. Arrangements will be made to reschedule where possible if not refunds will be payable.

Missed classes cannot be refunded or carried over to following months, but may be taken at a different time at the same location if space is available – maximum 2 catch up lessons per 3 months. These are non-transferable to a new month. Any cancellations due to pool closures or made unexpectently by the Swim School will be credited to the swimmers accounts and adjustments made on the following month’s payments due.

All refunds are done via the individual’s Go Cardless account.
