Meet the team

Kyle Offer

Kyle Offer

I’ve been immersed in the swimming world for my entire life. My journey began in 2014 when I joined Coventry Swimming Club to pursue competitive swimming. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of achieving several milestones, including consistently qualifying for British Nationals and finishing 4th in the country at the Open Water Nationals in 2022. These experiences have shaped me into the passionate swimmer and coach I am today.

Since 2023, I’ve transitioned into a behind-the-scenes role at Coventry Swim School, where I’ve gained invaluable experience in swim school management. In 2024, I was given the exciting opportunity to combine my knowledge of swimming with leadership to help elevate the swim school to new heights — a journey I’ve proudly continued into 2025.

I am now a Level 3 Swim Teacher and Level 2 Swim Coach. As the Swim School Manager, I’m dedicated to fostering a positive, encouraging environment for both instructors and swimmers. My goal is to empower everyone to reach their full potential — and there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing our swimmers grow in confidence, skill, and enjoyment of the sport.

Together, we’re building a swim school community that champions health, safety, and — most importantly — fun in the water. I’m excited for what’s ahead and look forward to continuing this journey with all of you to make our swim school the very best it can be.
